About Us

Welcome to Sipili School for the Deaf, where we empower learners through inclusive education and community engagement

Sipili School for the Deaf is a registered Public Mixed Boarding Primary school dedicated to serving Deaf learners. It is located in the Sipili Division of Kirima Sub County, Laikipia County. Currently, the school enrolls 85 learners, comprising 45 boys and 40 girls, drawn from Laikipia and neighbouring counties, including Isiolo, Samburu, Nyandarua, Nakuru, and Nyeri Counties. Our institution celebrates a diverse cultural environment, where various communities and religions come together within the Deaf community

Outstanding KCPE Results

Since 2010, our students have consistently achieved outstanding results in the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE), allowing them to transition successfully to esteemed secondary schools for the Deaf across the country and pursue further education

National Recognition in Arts

Our drama and music teams have achieved significant accolades at national competitions. Their performances, delivered in Sign Language, showcase the talents and creativity of our students, highlighting our commitment to fostering artistic expression
